The Gender Lens Analysis Handbook, developed under the LAYERS project, supports youth organisations in strengthening their response to online gender-based violence (OGBV). It addresses a critical gap between the growing scale of digital harm and the limited preparedness of organisations, many of which lack clear policies, safeguarding mechanisms, and staff capacity.
