LAYERS project aims to empower youth workers and organizations across the Western Balkans to effectively combat online gender-based violence (OGBV) by enhancing their capacities, fostering cross-border exchange of best practices, and raising awareness on this critical issue.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Enhance the knowledge and skills of youth workers and organizations to recognize, address, and prevent OGBV, equipping them with the tools and resources to effectively respond to online violence.
Strengthen cross-border collaboration and facilitate the exchange of experiences and good practices among youth workers and organizations across the Western Balkans and Europe, building a shared approach to tackling OGBV.
Support youth-led initiatives to address OGBV within their communities, providing the necessary mentorship and resources to empower young people to take action.
Raise awareness among youth and the wider community about the impact of OGBV and the importance of digital safety, fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and protection in the online space.
