At the heart of KMOP‘s mission is the commitment to tackle social challenges through evidence-based solutions that foster individual and collective prosperity. Our approach focuses on creating and implementing innovative social programs designed to build self-worth, reduce inequalities, and promote inclusive and sustainable development.

Over the last two decades, KMOP has launched more than 450 social initiatives, positively impacting over 400,000 individuals with the support of both institutional and private donors.Aiming to promote social progress through education, KMOP Education & Innovation Hub has developed a range of educational programmes for individuals and businesses, helping them to navigate their social ecosystem towards achieving their goals and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.

SPIN (Association Okret) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, dedicated to empowering young people and strengthening communities through non-formal education, youth work, and psychosocial support. Established with a focus on creating safe and inclusive spaces, SPIN designs and implements local and international projects addressing youth participation, gender equality, prevention of gender-based violence, employability, and digital competences. The organization combines research-based approaches with practical field work, collaborating with schools, public institutions, and civil society actors to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions. Through its youth club, counselling services, and educational programmes, SPIN supports young people—especially those with fewer opportunities – in developing skills, resilience, and active citizenship, contributing to a more inclusive and democratic society.

ACT for SOCIETY Centre, was established in January 2012. ACT for SOCIETY Centre believes in the power of change. It aims at making this change happen through “…new, creative, and effective strategies and initiatives…” ACT for SOCIETY Centre recognizes that Albanian’s young democracy must become increasingly self-reliant and lead its own development. In the current situation, the pressing need is to encourage greater capacity development, awareness, and participation by Albanian institutions and local communities. AFS Mission is to enhance the healthy lifestyles and stimulate the sustainable development of society, its work consists of promoting culture, advocating for democracy and human right issues, connecting young’s, stimulating the active participation in the social life and decision-making processes.

NGO “Center for Youth Education” is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political youth organization, founded in Podgorica in 2009, with the aim of supporting, affirming, and encouraging young people to strengthen activism, volunteerism, mobility, and non-formal education. As a socially responsible organization, for years we have been implementing domestic and international projects focused on strengthening the capacities of young people, their non-formal education, the development of a culture of youth participation, the provision of mechanisms for nurturing activism, the development of youth work as support in the process of becoming independent, the improvement of intersectoral cooperation, and more.
